It’s Grillin’ Time at Kay’s Kitchen

The fall weather makes me want to grill everything! It’s an easy, fast, fun meal, 20 minutes on a medium high temperature/ Grass-fed hamburger and bison burger mixture (5-6 min. per side flattened ¼ pounders) and grass-fed hot dogs. Organic 2” pieces sweet bell peppers, sliced 1/3” thick sweet potatoes, zucchini, gold yukon potatoes and broccoli spears. Cover the veggies with lots of spices, sprinkle with parsley, basil, cayenne pepper, himalayan salt, garlic powder, and onion powder. Get a plate and enjoy your family time!
